How to measure

• Finger circumference: Wrap a thin strip of paper or thread around the base of the finger with normal tension (not too tight, not loose). Mark the overlap and measure the length in mm — this is the finger circumference.
• Ring internal diameter (if you have a ring that fits): Measure the internal diameter at the centre (edge to edge) in mm.

Recommendations

• Measure at the end of the day (fingers may swell).
• If your knuckle is larger than the base of the finger, measure both and choose a size that passes the knuckle comfortably but sits securely at the base.
• Wider bands (>6 mm) feel tighter — we recommend choosing approximately 0.25–0.5 size up for wide rings.
• If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
