Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm. Or measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you.

• US 6 (EU 52): circumference ≈ 51.8 mm, inside diameter ≈ 16.5 mm
• US 7 (EU 54): circumference ≈ 54.4 mm, inside diameter ≈ 17.3 mm
• US 8 (EU 57): circumference ≈ 57.0 mm, inside diameter ≈ 18.2 mm
